flex cable .if you can take a test before install the Assembly will be
great !in case that the Assembly will have problem after you installed.

Firstly ,Disassmbly the 2 set screws at the buttom of the phone .
Then remove the screws smoothy,it is easy to take off the back cover after take off the screws .
Dimount the screws on Strip of the battery ,then tilt the strip,lift the handle of the battery ,then you can take the battery off.
Tilt the plug of the USB port.
Remove the screws on the vibrator,pay attention of the length of the screws ,the screws on the left is longer then right.
Remove the 5 set screws on the middle frame,take the it off .
Tilt all the flex cable under the middle frame .
Important step ,take the main board off ,disassembly all screws on the main board,pls note the sim card slot , pls take it off before you unload the main board .
Then ,try to disassembly the front assembly ,tilt a gap,then insert the Plastic paddles make a circle around on the screen ,then you can lift the screen vertical .
Then you can fix the assembly easily !
Endly ,let me show a picture which finished disassembly .
Here you can see the frame of the lcd ,i think the technical know how to disassembly the lcd to replace .
Pls not the iron pillar on the assembly ,pls remember do not tight the screws before you finished all screws ,otherwise there will be gap between the screen.
Let me show the phone was repaired ,compare to the the iPhone (16G),The color and Sensitivity are the same as OEM.
